You did a lot of work that I wasn't even aware of (and I do hope you will share those details). I saw that 1/2 tonne truck in the back alley and thought - oh my gosh this is part of Taste?? And the juggling you had to do with the bike corral and everything else. That fact that you were willing to take on the menial tasks such as bussing tables just shows the true character you have.
